本政策說明 Studio BingHuan 提供的 Highway Formosa 遊戲及本介紹網站如何處理資料。遊戲可離線進行，不需要註冊或登入帳號。
遊戲的本機資料
遊戲在您的裝置上保存各場景最高分、語言選擇及音樂／音效設定，用於顯示個人紀錄及記住偏好。這些資料不會由遊戲上傳至開發者伺服器；目前沒有線上排行榜或遊戲內雲端存檔同步。進行中的旅程及當次結算資料保留在記憶體，關閉 App 後不提供接續旅程功能。
廣告、追蹤與裝置權限
目前遊戲及介紹網站未整合廣告或第三方使用者行為分析 SDK，也不為廣告目的跨其他公司的 App 或網站追蹤您。遊戲不要求提供姓名、電子郵件、位置、聯絡人、相機照片或麥克風錄音。遊戲內的相機圖示與拍照收集提示是虛構遊戲機制，不會啟動裝置相機。
網站偏好與託管服務
介紹網站使用瀏覽器本機儲存記住您的語言選擇；不會將此偏好提交至開發者的資料庫。您可透過瀏覽器清除網站資料。政策頁本身無須執行 JavaScript 即可閱讀中英文內容。
本介紹網站設定使用 Google Firebase Hosting。造訪公開網站時，託管服務會處理傳送網頁所需的連線資料，例如 IP 位址、請求網址及瀏覽器提供的資訊，也可能依服務設定保留運作或安全紀錄。這與離線原生遊戲的本機資料處理不同。服務供應商可能在您所在地以外處理資料，其保存方式與期間依供應商政策及服務設定而定。
聯絡我們時提供的資料
若您寄送電子郵件，我們會使用您的寄件地址、訊息與您主動提供的附件來回覆問題及處理請求。請只提供排查問題所需的資訊，不要傳送密碼、驗證碼或其他不必要的敏感資料。電子郵件服務供應商會依其服務方式處理這些郵件。
資料保存與刪除
本機分數與偏好會持續保存在裝置上，直到相關 App 資料被刪除；我們無法遠端存取或刪除裝置上的這些資料。iOS 的「卸載 App」可能保留文件與資料，與「刪除 App」不同；系統備份由您的裝置／備份設定管理，移除本機 App 並不代表同時刪除備份。Web 版與介紹頁的瀏覽器資料可透過清除相應網站資料移除。
目前遊戲內沒有獨立的資料清除功能。聯絡郵件會在處理請求及必要的後續追蹤期間保存；如希望查詢、更正或刪除您寄給我們的資料，請使用下方信箱聯絡。我們可能需要確認請求來自本人。供應商的服務紀錄及備份仍依其政策與設定處理。
兒童隱私
遊戲不設玩家帳號，也不要求兒童提供個人資料。家長或監護人若認為兒童曾透過聯絡信箱提供個人資料，或對資料處理有疑問，可寄信請我們協助處理。

資料處理方式變更時，我們會更新本頁並修改日期。

Scope
This policy explains how Highway Formosa and its promotional website, provided by Studio BingHuan, handle data. The game can be played offline and does not require registration or sign-in.
Local game data
The game stores best scores for each scene, language preferences, and music/sound settings on your device to display your records and remember your preferences. The game does not upload these records to a developer-operated server. There is no online leaderboard or in-game cloud-save synchronization. The current trip and its results are held in memory; a trip cannot be resumed after closing the app.
Advertising, tracking and device permissions
The current game and promotional website do not integrate advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. The game does not ask you to provide your name, email address, location, contacts, camera photos or microphone recordings. Camera icons and photo-collection prompts are fictional gameplay mechanics and do not activate your device camera.
Website preferences and hosting
The promotional website uses browser local storage to remember your language choice; it does not submit that preference to a developer database. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser. This policy page is readable in both languages without JavaScript.
The website is configured for Google Firebase Hosting. When you visit the public website, the hosting provider processes connection data needed to deliver pages, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and information supplied by your browser. It may retain operational or security records according to service settings. This is separate from the offline native game’s local data handling. Providers may process information outside your location; retention depends on their policies and service settings.
Information you provide when contacting us
If you email us, we use your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to provide to respond and handle your request. Share only information needed to investigate the issue; do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Email providers process those messages as part of delivering their services.
Retention and deletion
Local scores and preferences remain on your device until the associated app data is removed. We cannot remotely access or erase those local records. On iOS, Offload App may preserve documents and data and differs from Delete App. System backups are managed through your device and backup settings; removing the local app does not also delete backups. Browser data for the web game and introduction can be removed by clearing data for the relevant site.
There is currently no separate in-game data-erasure control. Support correspondence is retained while handling your request and necessary follow-up. Contact the email address below to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Provider service records and backups remain subject to their policies and settings.
Children’s privacy
The game has no player accounts and does not ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through our contact email, or has concerns about data handling, can contact us for assistance.
Policy updates
If our data-handling practices change, we will update this page and revise its date.
